From the personnel department of the company, we work to have the right people to help us meet the present and future objectives of Ventós, while ensuring a good working environment. One of our objectives is to get to know the people who form part of the team well and ensure that they contribute the best of themselves to the company.
On a day-to-day basis, I deal with personnel administration and performance appraisals, which allows me to have this direct communication with the team. I also collaborate on salary issues (incentive calculations, clarifying doubts about payroll, etc.), I am the contact person with the more technical service providers, and I am part of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Committee.

What do you like most about your work?
In HR, the people who form part of Ventós are our priority, and we like to feel close and accessible, to be able to help them and make them feel listened to.
Ventós is a company that takes care of its staff: this is one of the things that caught my attention when I did my first interview and that, after so many years, I can say for sure.
What is your favourite fruit? Your favourite flower?
Watermelon and strawberries. Gerbera
What smells take you back to your childhood?
Cinnamon, it reminds me of the crema catalana (a typical Catalan dessert) that my grandmother used to make.
Your ideal vacation destination? What would your perfect vacation be like?
Any destination with sun, beach and swimming pool.

Dynamic and decisive.
What style of music do you listen to? Favourite singer?
I vary quite a lot, I like to listen to everything from current commercial music to 80s and 90s remembers. I'm not loyal to one singer, but if I have to say one, it would be the group Estopa
What is your favorite hobby?
Listening to music and walking by the river, the beach or in the mountains, nature recharges my batteries!

Julia Roberts, for the energy and good feeling she transmits.
