I am responsible for monitoring purchases from third countries, overseeing timelines from departure at origin to arrival in Barcelona by land, sea, or air. I provide the necessary documentation for import procedures to our customs agent and coordinate deliveries. I also organize certain transport arrangements for purchases and approve supplier invoice payments.
