Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution of ingredients as Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & Fragrances Industry with the HeadQuarters located in Barcelona, Spain.
The company has 9 subsidiaries around the world and Ventós Indonesia is the Indonesian one, located in Yakarta.
In order to continue with our process of growth, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and obtaining the necessary permits from the Indonesian National Agency for Drugs and Food (BPOM) and other government agencies to ensure compliance with import requirements.
- Organise and manage the delivery of products locally, ensuring accurate delivery times and quality of service.
- Monitor the status of shipments and coordinate quick solutions in case of delays or delivery problems.
- Assist in inventory control to ensure adequate product availability and proper stock management.
- Constantly monitor orders, maintain up-to-date records and provide regular reports to the operations and logistics team.
Profile:
- Higher education in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, import, and/or permit and document management in Indonesia.
- Languages: High level of English essential.
- Orderly, rigorous and agile person, proactive and customer-oriented, able to perform multiple functions.
