Cajeput, or white tea tree, is a tall evergreen tree up to 30 meters high with white flowers. It grows in Southwest Asia and it is related to other members of the Melaleuca group like eucalyptus, clove, niaouli and tea tree. Its oil is a pale yellow-green product with a penetrating camphoraceous medicinal odour. compared with the eucalyptus it has a fruity body note.
